BTF-SURVEY
The advance booking is going great! More than half of the necessary 300 tickets have been paid and a lot of new orders come in every day. We hardly expected so much solidarity.
If, contrary to expectations, the desired limit should not be reached, every customer will receive the full amount back from January next year. The bank details are stored with us. Just a hint for possible skeptics.
Speaking of SKEPTIKER , the band of the same name from Berlin also confirmed their appearance at the BACK TO FUTURE yesterday. You can always find the line-up confirmed so far & raquo; HERE !

A loyal visitor to the BACK TO FUTURE festival is doing a survey about the BTF for her bachelor thesis. We are very honored that she has chosen our festival for her thesis. Please take the few minutes. The results of the survey are also very helpful for us and we can also respond to requests, suggestions, etc. in the future.

It's time we started talking a little more about our baby. What is meant is the BTF in Glaubitz.
The fact is that we thought about dropping the BACK TO FUTURE . There are enough reasons for our considerations. with a lot of risk. Other festivals brag about DIY. We have been doing it this way for years, and a lot is financed out of our own pocket. Every band and every company involved was immediately paid for their performance, we are a little proud of that and that is also our motto.

SHOWS, SHOWS, SHOWS!
On the other hand, we would like to thank ALL of those involved for the event on August 17th. thank you in Roßwein. That was PUNKROCK !, it was sensational, for many people it was the event of the year! We also look back with sadness ... the most beautiful audience in a heap! A big thank you goes again to Changru from RADIO DEAD ONES / CORE TEX Berlin, who organized the bus trip from Berlin with many well-known freaks.
Sooo, now we come to upcoming events. On October 19, 2013 we will rock the youth center Rosswein with BLOODLIGHTS from Norway (with Captain Poon-Ex-CLUECIFER) and the delicious punk rockers from BARB WIRE DOLLS from Amiland. A support band will be announced the days.
On November 2nd, 2013 there will be a fine Oi! Punk night in the Jugendhaus Rosswein with the most melodic Oi! Band ever, EVIL CONDUCT (NL). There are BERLINER WEISSE, who clearly show the outcome of any German rock shit in our scene. That speaks to us from the heart. AFTER THE FESTIVAL IS BEFORE THE FESTIVAL
How nice was the BTF this year? Just a pat on the back and a promise to be there again next year. That is undoubtedly motivating. A few more important information about the Open Air next Saturday, August 17th. in the youth center Rosswein. T.S.O.L + ADOLESCENTS + THE STITCHES + RADIO DEAD ONES + WHACK & WASTED + MIDNIGHT CRISIS: We would have loved to have played one or the other band at BTF, unfortunately it was not possible to agree on the date. Now we have three living greats of American HC punk rock together for one appointment. We are as happy as Bolle, especially since it is the only WE event besides the REBELLION FESTIVAL in all of Europe where the three Californian bands share a stage. The garden of the youth center in Rosswein is the ideal location for this. The big ship in the garden is the stage, which is not an everyday occurrence either. If, contrary to expectations, the weather shouldn't play along, everything in the youth center will be torched. The large hall accommodates that without any problems. The reactions to the event are sensational, CORETEX Berlin is coming with a big coach, there are further commitments from all over Silesia as well as Vienna and Prague, unbelievable!

SUMMARY
Now is the time to draw a first summary, after we had to do with the dismantling and cleaning up to now.
For us it was the best, funniest and admittedly the most exhausting BACK TO FUTURE in recent years. Once again we had the most beautiful audience in the world, the greatest crew and weather where you just have to drink beer. This year everyone, be it on the part of the bands, the helpers or the participating companies, got the most out of themselves. And it was worth it! Over 1,500 happy faces on the riding arena, in the forest pool and while camping have made you forget the hardships. It was colorful, it was peaceful: that's punk rock!
Thanks to all the bands for your shows, the addition of SCHMEISIG in the forest pool with acoustic guitar will certainly not be forgotten! Thanks to Friedemann and his technical crew for professionalism and awesome sound, to grandma Gitti + daughter for clean toilets around the clock, to the community of Glaubitz and all residents for their serenity during the spectacle, to the lifeguard and all employees of the forest pool, to the BEST electrician in the universe, to SV Einheit Glaubitz, to all participating companies and again and again to our friends of the BTF crew. We look forward to the helper party with you!
But the biggest thank you goes to you, the big punk rock-skinhead-psycho family. We have received more offers of help this year than ever before. We didn't expect the scene to be so close together. The great ticket sales in advance were thanks to you. Thank you for distributing flyers, for sticking up posters, for inviting friends! You kept the BTF alive and motivated us to keep going.

Yesterday the refrigerated trailer almost fell over, that would have been fatal. But as you can see, he's back on track. If you think that the weather in beautiful Saxony is just as crappy as it is at home, you've already cut yourself.

EVENT TIPP
For us it starts today in Glaubitz. A clear sign that it will be for all of you to purchase a presale ticket. The last date for this is Wednesday, then it's over. Nevertheless, we are happy to provide everyone who didn't make it to the box office with their ticket. The last minute surcharge is in good hands with us, we promise! We will try to keep you up to date in the coming days.
Since anticipation is known to be the greatest joy, another reference to a great concert on August 9th in the Chemiefabrik Dresden. The »GREENLAND WHALEFISHERS are giving one of their rare German concerts there. If you like the Pogues, you should lend an ear to the Norwegians. In the opening act the SUBURBS from Berlin.

one or the other has probably already noticed. The NPD spared no expense or effort to raise public spirits against the festival and in particular against SLIME among the people of Glaubitz. During the night from Monday to Tuesday, a large proportion of Glaubitz households received »UNWANTED POST.
SZ editor-in-chief Ostrowski commented on the action with "Attempt,.. . thoroughly flopped" and Mayor Lutz Thiemig takes a clear stand for the Open Air in the Glaubitz Official Gazette not liked by his party. The most harmless reactions are a shake of the head and the rubbish sheet going straight to the wastebasket. For what reason the action of the NPD is purposefully continued, eludes our knowledge. Glaubitzer and Nünchritzer citizens had received mail from the NPD again today:-).
The comrades aren't above themselves with their demonstrations on songs of clay stones, shards, false colors or to grab Slime back.
The Back To Future/Glaubitz Open Air was always a big relaxed party with a family character and that's exactly the reason why many visitors come back every year and therefore a lä ; accept a longer journey. The people of Glaubitz also stand by "their" festival! It will be easy for you and us to prove how relaxed this event is on the stage and that nobody in Glaubitz really has to worry about what the colorful bunch is up to Riding arena drives. In this sense...
